Comfort Shoes Charlestown has been operating now for over eight years and is owned and operated by Pat Foster who has lived all her life in the City of Lake Macquarie and has been self employed for the last 33 years and consequently is a very experienced business person.

Pat has in excess of 25 years experience in the footwear and retail industry and since opening the store, Pat has been successful in winning many awards, and on two occasions has won the coveted 'Champions of Champions, Small Business Award for Best Shoe Store,and is one of a small handful of businesses that have achieved this success.

The staff of Comfort Shoes have a collective experience in footwear of some 45 years, and still they are keen to train and learn, updating their knowledge is an ongoing endeavour by each staff member and necessary requirement for a business that delivers the quality service that you will experience from Comfort Shoes Charlestown. We now boast that our staff includes a Qualified Medical Grade Footwear Practitioner.

The most recent addition to the ever expanding services offered by Comfort Shoes is the MOBILE FITTING SERVICE. The service is available for those in our community who are incapacitated and cannot shop for their footwear. The service visits all of the Nursing Homes in our region on a regular monthly basis and is available for private fittings when in those areas, simply phone to make a booking.

Comfort Shoes provides womens, quality and comfortable footwear, for walking, working, playing, special occasions, around the house and especially for orthotics.
